Sorry if this is not the right forum but I was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. ;)
We have seen on other sites, and would like to incorporate ourselves, a system where by a keyword is given out over the air (we are in radio) as in "... just type 'heart'in the search box and get more info on [whatever advertiser]. So you go to that site and type in "heart" and it takes you to an internal page with information on that advertiser. I have also noticed that these sites seem to have a "list" of keywords that can used like that - to bring up particular pages that could include info on shows or advertisers.
One site as an example would be www.<snip>.com - type "heart" in the search box - or type any other word to get the "error" page with a list of available keywords.
My question is how is this done? Is there a particular or preferred program or script we can use for this? Is it part of a site search solution we would need to implement?
I would appreciate any sort of advice that will help us get this going on our site.
