BeFree Question

Selected Merchants Not Appearing

I just joined BeFree and Commission Junction. CJ worked fine and am up and running.

Here's the problem. In BeFree, I select Merchants that I want to work with but they don't get activated. I don't see them when I click on the Merchants link. Furthermore, if I go back to Add Merchants, they are gone from all lists.

Anybody had a similar experience or know how to work around this? Is this system no longer operational?
