Has anybody had any sales updates for linkshare since 10/22? I've seen it be down for a day or two but never this long. It looks like they've turned off the help link so you can't email them and ask.

My account is showing click throughs, but zero sales since the 22nd as well. I figure I will just have patience and see what happens. Glad to hear that others are having the same problem. Not glad that it is happening though! :)

I recieved this message from my contact at Linshare about this same problem. This has happened before. Not to worry

"LinkShare is experiencing Network wide delays in reporting. This is why you
are not seeing sales over the past days. Data is not lost, just not
processed. This should repopulate soon."

I am in contact with an Affiliate person at this time as well. I will ask and see if I get the same response. Right now though, I am unable to load the login page... Maybe the update is going through right now?

EDIT: Now I get this error in IE:
Your request was interrupted. We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE: Now logging in fine...

I just tried out Linkshare (for the first time) for one little text link on some pages that get a few thousand impressions a day, before maybe using them for some real traffic.

After nearly a week, there was a burst of 1800 impressions on one day, nothing else. No other impressions recorded. No reply to an email to support asking why (and as a few impressions were recorded, my link is correct).

If they're losing 90%+ of impressions I've zero confidence they are recording sales correctly!

I've had to advertise some products on Linkshare recently because I wanted a presence immediately after they were introduced (the particular site I partnered with didn't have them up until a day or two ago). At first, it seemed like I wasn't selling anything, but I just checked today and saw 2 sales added from a couple of days ago. I think the LinkShare reporting is accurate, just late. Of course, I can never know. :-\
