hello, I was wondering what is the range of CPM that I can pretend for a 5 second long video-ad, which has very high probability to be "carefully" watched by the visitor (the ad precedes a video in my page).

The range is what advertisers are willing to pay. Why not contact some advertisers and see what they are willing to pay. OF course there are a lot of variables such as subject, target audience etc.
