I'm looking for affiliate programs for the mexican or (latin american) market. This means that the affiliate site has to offer their website in spanish aswell and offer shipping to mexico, and payment options for the mexican public.

The first place I would look is to the big networks. Contact them and ask what they have available. Have you throroughly used the SE's to find any approproiate programs?
As you might or might not be aware, our forum is a bit different than others in that we don't "name names" or drop URL's to programs as this inevitably leads to people promoting their programs which is against our TOS.
It might also be to your advantage to find programs that are in English and translate them yourself as you will be one step ahead of others who are looking for somthing that is already translated into Spanish.
