Spoke to a merchant yesterday who was taking debt leads via co-reg. His comment was "These people just thought that they were filling out a survey, he leads were useless".
I think it works for low CPA businesses, such as magazine/directory subscriptions, but the quality is too low for merchants looking for well qualified leads that convert well.
