2 unrelated sites with same publisher id's

Is it normal for 2 unrelated sites to have the same publisher id's

Why would 2 seperate websites that have no relationship whatsoever have the exact same site ID and media ID on the landing page? An example I found is below.

Landing Page for my site
vvv.com - site_id=0000722140&media_id=0000415125

Landing Page for other site
yyy.com - site_id=0000722140&media_id=0000415125

At first I thought it was nothing but with some further Google searching I came up with more examples.

Landing Page for my site
vvv.com - site_id=0000722140&media_id=0000415123

Landing Page for other site
yyy.com - site_id=0000722140&media_id=0000415123

After I found the above examples I figured that the pages were all the same and that java script or whatever magic takes place point any credit due to the proper site. But then I found the example below. Another different site and media ID number.

Landing Page for another site with same advertiser
zzz.com - site_id=0000000125&media_id=0000417599

Why does zzz.co have different media and site ID numbers while my site(vvv.com) has the same id's as yyy.co? Does every specific link from different affiliate programs share the same landing page or is it possible someone is trying to steal my traffic.

Any comments on this subject is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I don't understand what you are referring to when you mention "site ID" and "media ID" -- I assume these are parameters used in some kind of advertising or reporting system, but I don't really know.

I've often tracked people who pirated (copied and republished) my web site by using tricks like this -- often they copy links that are coded specifically for my site. Sometimes they copy the entire page, including ads, and perhaps they update the Google AdSense ad with their own codes, but not the others.

But again, you haven't provided enough information for most folks to help you -- perhaps someone will recognize this link format and be able to help.

Thanks for the reply Mark and your right about the way I supplied the information. On further inspection I couldn't make head or tails of it myself and I'm the one who supplied it.
So here goes again.
My site does fairly well in a fairly small specific nich.
A few months ago I joined a CJ program and placed their java script links on several pages. When the link is clicked the landing page url contains a media id and a site id number.
Out of curiosity I did a broad search of my general nich and found several examples of the exact same banner ad.
When I clicked on those ads the landing page url would contain a site id number and a media id number. These id numbers were different from mine. However, 1 site in particular with several different domain names always showed the same site id and media id numbers as the landing page for my links.
My question is. Would CJ affiliate links have the same landing page for the same ad but different publishers? Or is this something I should be concerned with?
The ad did great as far as I was concerned for a couple months. This month, January, the number of clicks have been as they always have except for 1 thing, no money. It was pulling in a several hundred a month. That's why I started looking around at landing pages, site id numbers and media id numbers. I'm not one to be paranoid but it has raised some questions for me.
Thanks again.
