How do i put affiliate links?

Hi,
I am creating a website and many links from the site will go to the affilliates and will have linking IDs like qsrv.net/ID etc etc. Now Ideally, I do not want that Search engiens read that this is a link to the affiliate site. So what I am planning is to give the link to a new file on my server and it will then redirect the User to the relavent affiliate URL. I will put a noindex, no follow tag so that that page is not indexed and not folowed by google and google will not come to know that where does this link actually go.
Do you guys think this is right? Is there any other way, I can do this...

how about creating 100 redirected pages for 100 affiliate links? IMO you need not to do kind of things, may be experts can lighten this in detail.

If affiliates links can be mixup with quality content, there is not a problem for any engine.
