Looking for simple affiliate network

I run a small network of website and I am looking for a non-context sensitive advertising network to supplement my AdSense usage.

The problem I am finding with many add networks is that most of the require:
- JavaScript or a tracking image to be placed for each add,
- Require a different code to be placed on each domain
- Require all domains to be registered.

Does anyone know of a advertising network that has quite a range of item, and that allows you to use just a plain old http link?

MyAp allows this... but actually - you could do it yourself... if YOU set the http link to a page on your cerver (or any other) which links to a page that runs the conversion tracking script then you are done.

Unless you are trying to avoid any javascript at all, but with an http script to the network, then network would probably be using javascript anyway to lay the cookie themselves.
