Why won't cj advertiser sales call me back?

Is this normal?

I am thinking about setting up w/ them as an advertiser. I think we easily meet their requirements. Haven't had a call back after leaving 2 messages.

Anybody want to sticky me a human's contact info in the ad. sales dept.?

I used to be an advertiser with CJ. I would give it a week MINIMUM before you receive a reply, usualy it's 2 weeks. The customer service there is horrible.
