Webmasterworld covers promoting nonenglish sites in greater detail than any other site in the world. But what about revenue for nonenglish sites?

What cpm/cpc networks exist for each language/country/

Which nonenglish languages have any pay per search, popup, or popbehind ad programs?

Affiliate style revenue for nonenglish sites is easy enough to find, but some adnetwork info would be very helpful.
