What affiliate network does everyone recommend?

we operate within the financial industry, mainly within the sub prime market. We are looking for a quality network (outside of CJ, linkshare and myap). I am hoping to find a network with quality traffic sources and scalability. I am also focused on limited initial costs, as we are looking to test our some of our new technology and price points (cost in the future is not an issue for us). Does anyone have feedback on affiliate fuel, xy7, clickxchange, link connector, etc?

Shareasale has a good reputation (and low startup) and a following amongst some strong players.

I'll third that about ShareaSale. I also like Azoogleads.

As you mention "limited initial costs" I would also recommend PrimeQ. The start-up charge is only $250 in the US or £250 in the UK.
