I m new 2 this forum ,and has been appointed as an aexecutive in affiliate mkting....i m totally new 2 this arena and want relevant guidelines 2 make sure that can bring max amt of traffic thr affilates.
Not to be rude but you were appointed as an executive but have trouble spelling and other writing like a child?

You can start by reading this forum. The AdWords and Adsense forums will also give you an idea what affiliates are looking for and how best to work with them.
I am surprised that you were appointed as an executive with no experience in affiliate marketing.
You'll likely get better advice and more open communication if you type in standard english, and not as though you were text messaging.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld. The best advice I can give is to read as many threads as possible here about affiliate marketing. As others have said, this is a forum for profesionals with a lot of good info here as well as having many members with years of experience in affiliate marketing.
