Banner rotator script?

Anyone know where I can find a good simple free banner rotator script that does not use SSI.

I don't want to have to change all my pages over a huge site to shtml. Seems like most of the scripts make you do this. Others I have seen require mySQL, which I don't have access to.

Is there any easy way to do this?

You can find a couple listed here [webmasterworld.com], and many here [cgi.resourceindex.com], though I am not sure which might meet your requirements.

On SSI, you can easily change your .htaccess file for your server to handle all .htm, .html files as .shtml. Discussion/directions on how to do it are in this thread [webmasterworld.com].
