Hi, I am thinking of implementing my own Adtext link on my website based on Google Adwords, that is a box with few links from advertiser..

Is it legal to do this? Is there any patent for adtext?

If you want to find advertisers to pay you for a text link, that's legal. Do a search for " buy text links" or "advertise text links" adn you'll see plenty of sites that sell their ow ntext links.

I have something a little like that. If a visitor has javascript disabled I show them my own affiliate ads in the same sort of style as adsense. I've never had a problem with this.
