You say that your revenues are down 80%. Are you sure you have really explored all of your opportunities with AdSense. If my site's pages were the same as they were in 2003 I'm sure I'd be down too, although I don't know if it would be 80%.

Have you used Adsense chanels to determine which of your pages specificially are the money makers. Have you expanded your site to include more of this type of content.

Have you experimented extensively with ad placement and colors. I attribute an overnight CTR increase of 60% or so just from this. The effect was so dramatic that I contacted Adsense to make sure that there wasn't some sort of fraudulent clicks thing going on with my site.
