Hi everyone, I'm a new user to webmasterworld.com, but I found the imputs from the various 'masters' useful in my researching for affiliate marketing. Right now, I'm working for a Earth shoes, and my boss assigned me the new position of internet marketeer... I have no idea how to find these affiliates that his looking for. He plans to launch our campaign with CJ , but so far my searchs for super affiliates have turned up empty handed. Does anyone have any ideas to how I may find these affiliates without signing up for the thousands of programs online.

thanks,

NooB -_-

When you login to your CJ advertiser account, you can search for publishers by keywords. This will help you find publishers relevant to your vertical. Secondly, I would recommend contacting other advertisers - not necessarily competitors, but other advertisers in the network. Finally, contact your rep at CJ and ask them for a list of top affiliates. Consequently, I'm a 5 bar affiliate -- Shameless self-promotion.

Numerous affiliate forums allow a free new program announcement and the busiest one allows a paid ad that is very reasonable and worth the price. Google and you can find many of them.

(NOT Shameless self-promotion, not looking for new clients, just trying to help.)

Hope this helps and best of luck! Linda

Thanks for the helpful info everyone. They are really helpful in helping me get past this roadblock. And lynda, one of the publishers for a affiliate finding site has emailed me to join up for free at his site to learn about a few things before I sign up with CJ.

-very grateful
