I want to become the affiliate for a popular tour agency to sell their tour packages on my site. I have seen couple of their affiliates but on their site could not find option for it. They have an option for travel agents...So is it mendatory to be a Travel agent, If I have to sell their tours and earn commission. thanks

Best thing you could do is to email them directly and tell them your situation. Make it sound like you have potential to drive them sales.

They may have an invitation only affiliate program. So you wouldn't be able to get in unless they deem you "worthy".
