PPC affiliate program for japanese traffic

Sorry for my english
I have a huge amount of japanese traffic from search portals.
Where can I find PPC(pay per click) programs such as 7search.com,miva.com or umaxsearch.com for japanese traffic only?
PS: no google adwords/adsense

Those are ad networks rather than affiliate programs. The only affiliate program I'm specifically aware of is Amazon. I've always wondered how amazon.co.jp converts as compared with amazon.com.
