Transitioning from CJ Network to In-house Aff. Prg.

Need help finding small SEO/SEM companies

My company is about to transition from using Commission Junction to an in-house program. We are a tier two local search IYP. We have found that our niche affiliates are the small or single person SEO/SEM shops that handle their clients PPC or Pay for Calls accounts or people that know the PPC market well. I am looking for web sites to announce the program details with no marketing funds. Any ideas?

Not quite sure what you mean by "no marketing funds".

Best way to get your name and product out there is to either call up or contact via email all the sites/owners that you think could help. Direct recruiting of good affiliates/SEO/SEM companies who can make an immediate impact is the best way to go about this. However the good affiliates/sites will need plenty of convincing ( $$ ) for them to help push your program. That no marketing funds thing is going to be a tough object to overcome IMO.
