Keyword links - What are they?

I've googled this, and searched the forums... and even CJ isn't very helpful. But what, exactly, is a keyword link?

Please clarify further. What i get from you is the answer would be : Keyword Link = any keyword text on affiliates side (cosidering this is the plc we talk abt affiliate programs) leading to your site. Kinda of a channel link etc.

It's a link used for search engine marketing that lists the parameters set by the merchant that affiliates must comply with regarding trademark bidding.
