With CJU coming up they had to do something. Already looks like it killed registrations for CJU and it would have been a nightmare for them to host a conference with what seems to be the majority of affiliates so firmly against this whole thing.

Serves as a wakeup call to diversify across networks and not be so dependent on CJ (or any other single network) and hopefully for CJ to not pull stunts like that again in the future. The businesses that make up VCLK while all online media related to some extent are vastly different when you look under the hood of some of them.
