Somehow I don't think the market is that open to people in China yet. I've looked around and can't seem to find any. I really can't see that many people paying you for a mortgage or debt lead in China.

Check out ad4all.net; they handle eBay China, Joyo and Dell China among others. The affiliate interface is Chinese only though.

Or try YesAsia. The interface is English, but I didn't have any luck converting there.
