Are there any affiliate programs (besides adsense) that serve biotech and science ads? CJ doesn't even have this category.

You could try YPN but I doubt you will find anything that pays better than adsense.
Advertisers seem to bid highly for terms such as PCR, oligonucleotide synthesis, microarray analysis, DNA chips, ELISA Protein modification, antigen and antibody.
