I'm presently in-charged with the newsletter writing but until now, with all the ideas that come out of my head I'm still worried with one thing: What are the appropriate things that should be included in a newsletter? Should it be something that is only about our company and services?

It may contain info about your company and services but it should be written to show how whatever the company offers. A cartoon or some kind of humor can help to get people to subscribe. Give whoever is getting it useful info. If it's just a sales brochure those that do get it may not read it. Tracking open rates & clicks from any links in it may give your some idea of how the audience receives it.

I have outlined the things that I think should be made known to both our own staff and to ur clients, and these are:
1. one of our agents made it in the forum posting contest >>> can this be made as ike a 'headline'?

2. what our company has gone through few months after it's humble beginning>>> is it OK to state this even though it's just a few months after?

3. Researched facts based on survey, why mot companies resot to become clients to companies like us>>> Is it OK to feature results of surveys or researches done by other companies or groups of researchers?
If I include the abovementioned topics, I will come up with a two-page newsletter
