What value do you all use for target= in your affiliate links? What is the most effective?

blank - mostly - I don't like the idea of people leaving my sites completely. <added> saying that, less savvy users who rely on the back button to navigate may be confused when they see the back button greyed out and may go elsewhere. I suppose they have the option to open in a new window if they so choose. I open most links in a new window as it works better for me. I think maybe you will need to test and figure which works best for you </added> Ska
