Where's a good place to announce a new affiliate program and sites?

Hi Scott, I think you already found it but you have to pay $50 "over there" to announce your program. Be sure it's really ready for prime time before you do, as it will be heavily scrutinized by the pros! There are some other forums that allow new program announcements at no charge too.
I assume you have already submitted to all the directories? They won't get you lots of affiliates, but it's worth being listed.
