When does CJ pay? I've had money in my account for over 3 months and no sign of movement.. (And yes, I've reached the payout).

also, if i send in today do i still have a chance of getting paid this month?

No idea how long it takes to process them but they usually send them out with acceptance into the network.

It's often the www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf W-9 form that they need.

Yes, CJs tax forms are one of the reasons I can't use them - they want me to send my *passport* away? a) that would be irresponsible and b) I don't have one atm
