Which ones do not require your own domain?

I know many of the networks require you to have your own domain name in order to advertise their products. But does anyone know of programs that allow you to put ads / affiliate links on sites with free hosting?

One of my friends has a couple of hobby sites on free hosting accounts. He doesn't want to bother moving to a unique domain but thought he might try to mak a little extra cash from them as they are.

I think clickbank and Amazon allow link on free hosting sites. Does anyone know of any others?

Any tips would be appreciated.

I'm just interested in what ad or affiliate networks will let you put their links on free hosting places. I think it is okay with Amazon, clickbank, and adsense. Just wondering if there are any others......
