Can I put in the same website direct link to products on diferent affiliate programs. I mean, put in books links for BN, Buy.com and all Amazon sites?
If I can, would this be profitable or would it be giving to much choices to my visitors?

Thx.

You can link to all of them, but I believe that all 3 have it in their TOS that you may not link on pages that contain links to competitors so you would be breaking your agreement by doing that.

Hmm. I do not remember seeing in either the BN or Amazon TOS that you may not link to competitors.

I used to provide links to Amazon, BN, Powells, and even BookSense for some of the books on my site, though I didn't bother to do so for every book. But I dropped the links to all the sites other than Amazon, because I got VERY few sales compared to Amazon sales, and so far as I could tell, I actually LOST sales when people clicked through to, say, BN, didn't buy anything, then didn't return to my site.

After I dropped those links, my Amazon sales went up significantly, more than making up for the small income I had been getting from the other bookstore sites.

Your site's needs and demographics may be different, but given the name recognition Amazon has, and the high level of trust people have in it, I think most book-recommendation sites do best with Amazon alone.

Well, at least two years ago, BN had that in their agreement. Haven't looked at it in a very long time, but I doubt it has changed. Amazon, I am not so sure about, but I would assume as you see very few side by side links on sites.
