How do I turn traffic into profits?

Hi, I started a content site couple years ago and now I am getting around 20K page views each day. I guess this is a relatively decent figure for a beginner like me.

I am currently using AdSense + Amazon + PPC, but my earning has been poor compared to lots of people here. I wonder if there is any way to improve this?

Have to agree with the comment above. A 20k page view teen or gaming site probably won't make as much as a 20k page view financial site.
