Seems great but the site says they are already all sold out. I would agree to pay for that not for 100000 hits that come from you don't even know the quality behind especially with cheating systems that exist around. Does someone knows if there are others like that?

For me it's normal that something can be guaranteed. When I do a service it is garanteed for example. So I don't see why in marketing stuff there wouldn't be any such practice or are there only snakes oil salesmen?

In such proposal if after a test period the seller thinks that the products don't attract buyers as expected the client should even be refunded. This would also insure that cheating systems are banned because only results count.

Pyramid scheme? This exists in Real Estate. If you want to sell a house, you pay a fee to the Agency to advertise as long as it is necessary until it is sold : so would you pretend that real estate agencies are engaging in pyramidal scheme? You have a strange definition of pyramidal scheme.

Don't tell me that seling useless ads is an honest job. I had been wasting about 20000 dollars in ads in several mags when I started my business without knowing anything because of snake oil salesmen who convinced me to do so. In truth I had zero orders. All orders came only from direct contact with prospects with phoning and networking. Now I'm starting a new business and prepare to advertise but I'm enquiring thoroughly before.

If you are talking about only paying after a sale is completed, that is called affiliate marketing. Web publishers post links to your site and you only pay them after a sale/lead is confirmed.
