Independant Affiliate Programs?

I know this has been asked before, but I am trying to find a list of sites that sells products (almost any kind) and has an independant affiliate program. It seems that independant affiliate programs are paying better than the network ones.

Any suggestions?

Try searching google for affiliate directories or choose a product you want to promote and add the terms "affiliate program" to your search query. There are thousands of folks who have their affiliate programs in house.

Not only do they pay better, you are also able to negotiate pay out rates on a more personal level. Do your research though, we have worked with many in house programs who have had problems paying us for one reason or another, as opposed to a big network like CJ where they cut you one check and you don't have to worry about chasing your commissions. Also, in house affiliate programs sometimes lack basic tracking/stats which is important to anyone who may be doing pay per click buys, etc.
