BEFREE Application not working

I have just tried to join barnes and noble and another few affiliate programs through befree and the application form fails each time.

Is this something to do with the joining forces with CJ? Are they winding befree down?

just tried 1 merchant and it worked.

This probably won't work, but I would try using a different browser when filling out the form.
