affiliate banner advertising

I run a directory site for "widgets" this site is not for profit and is also free contribution. Im not interest in affiliates for their profit value but more the traffic and promotional value that click through to my site would be. What sort of affiliates are wround that support not for profit sites, and offer some sort of banner exchange programs?

Most affilliates do it for the money... Most "not for profit" sites are really "no profit, but I reserve the right to change my mind if I ever make any" sites in the view of most affilliates I would guess.

Typing in "free banner exchange" in Google pretty well lists them.

It would be very easy to make a profit off of our directory as it is #1 spot of 1.9 million other related sites on google. But we have a team of staff and I really dont want the hassel of spilitting profits.
