What do you others with banners think about the current state of advertising?
effective net "take home" CPM $1.98 (this includes defaults, everything)
default rate: 14.7 percent
I do not use Valet or their newsletter sales.
BUT, I am concerned that much of my inventory is being purchased by one buyer. If they pulled the plug and weren't replaced, I'd be in the 50 percent range. At least it's not DrKoop.
That said, I'm still pleased with Flycast. For me, April was definitely on the skids, May was better, June is shaping up to be one of my best banner months ever (I avoid the obvious pun here).
