How can i generate revenue from content based site like articles on terrorism, national security etc.
I found from the forum's disscussion that Google Adsense is one option. Are there any other such options?

Adsense is the biggest option and pays far more than other affiliate networks (is the common consensus). However, I don't know if the subject of your site is something that will get you a lot of contextual ads ... or PSAs. You've got to suck it to see I suppose.
Fastclick, Commission Junction etc may be worth exploring.

Look for merchants that offer items that relate to homeland and personal security and promote specific products on your site.
