banner advertising network script?

I have been thinking about starting my own banner advertising network, where website owners could sell their ad space and advertisers could buy ad space. Nothing revolutionary about that except that this would be all about highly targeted advertising in a very specific area.
So I wonder if anyone knows a script for this? I would prefer a free one cause I'm on a zero budget...

Did you go through hotscripts.com or a similar site? I've seen a few scripts in there that kinda do what you want to set up and I'm sure there are more.

I've had a look at a lot of those kind of script sites... I never found anything that would match what I was looking for. It was always about affiliate programs and banner exchange stuff. Well it's not to far off so maybe one of those could be used, at least if you do some changes to them in one way or the other. Anyway, I decided to write my own stuff. I started with an existing user management script that I wanted to customize, but it ended with me rewriting 95% of it and adding a lot more features to it. I'm now near the end (hopefully) having only to integrate it with phpAdsNew and to add paypal IPN.
