"Featured Stores" at MSN?

Anyone knows who provide those small logo banners on the right hand side of MSN shopping under "Featured Stores" or "More Stores"?

And also the "Advertising" box on the right hand side of Yahoo shopping home page.

Any help would be much appreciated.
