This program is with CJ, and it's starting off well. They're currently paying .75 a lead and jobsonline runs a well-done exit pop-up if the traffic hits the back button without registering -a "Why are you leaving" type. As pop-ups go, it's not abrasive (but still moderately annoying). They also do not allow public viewing of the database without registration as far as I can tell. Based on that assessment the likelihood of having a good conversion rate, I put it up this morning. It already has 4 sign-ups showing in the stats.
