The Bush administration banned the herbal weight-loss supplement ephedra from the marketplace Tuesday because of concerns about its effects on health, government officials said..MSNBC

I haven't done much with affiliates and marketting of Ephedra products but will this ban pull these products off the market? If the affiliate programs don't pull it off with the affiliates be in trouble for promoting it for them?

Many supplement companies have had non-ephedra based versions of their products for a while. Though I am sure there will be a real run on the product...watch the Ebay auctions, etc.
