What little money I earned thru Google adwords, was with clickbank. They sent me a check but kept $15.00 Is this legal. They say it is for future use. (They keep $2.50 from each check) That is they make $5.00 a month off of each person. If I close this account, I wonder if they will still keep my money?

They hold a reserve amount for six pay periods then release it to you. This is to cover any chargebacks, check revolks or refunds that may occur. They do charge $2.50 for each check they issue, which is explained in their paycheck policies.
