I’d like to sell some advertising on my site but don’t have the time and skill to attract advertisers. I have considered hiring a commission salesperson.

Has anyone tried this? If so, how did it work out for you?

Just sign up to Google Adsense

MUCH easier. And yes - commission only sales people are either expensive or useless - but rarely half way between.

Seriously - just use Adsense, everyone else is.
