I would like to try some CPM ad campaigns with small budget,and if it is good, I will go further step by step. could you please advise some good network? Thanks.

Check out Tribalfusion.com. They have probably the best sites compared to other banner networks. Also, you may want to contact some sites directly that offer advertising solutions. It is sometimes less expensive when going directly through to the site than the network that they belong to.

Just a thought.
