Clicktrade?

From time to time, I see Clicktrade.bCentral mentioned. As large as it is (from the number of merchants, at least), why isn't it more popular or effective? CJ is always mentioned in the top positions, but clicktrade is rarely mentioned at all, or so it seems to me.

Also, does Clicktrade provide centralized payment to affiliates, or is it straight from the merchant?

ClickTrade used to be very popular, until about a year ago when they closed all CPC programs/merchant accounts. Most of their stuff was CPC, and most affiliates liked it. So, most affiliates (myself included) left ClickTrade and went to CJ. This was about the time of the CJ explosion in affiliates, I think they owe a lot of their growth to the CT changes.

They also had a LOT of tracking/back-end problems for at least a year prior to the CPC changes. I remember reading many, many complaints from affiliates about their problems with stats and tracking.

I don't know if they only have CPA deals still or not, I haven't yet looked back. They aggregate all merchant payments and send a clicktrade payment once a month.

I found a merchant I am going to be checking out this week, that uses clicktrade. If/when I find anything worth noting I will post here.
