I need to promote a local site in a big way. I know that local news and weather sites are a good place to start, but I'd also like to advertise to web surfers based on zip code. I assume that with big sites like hotmail, yahoo, etc. you should be able to target by zip code - but does anyone have any experience with this? Tips or suggestions on the best sites to advertise on? etc. Thanks a million!
