Shock news:A company treats an affiliate well

I just emailed a company that I provide affiliate links to CDs to ask them to give me credit rather than cash for this quarter. I explained that I was going to use the credit to buy CDs and offer tham as prizes on a website of mine.

They replied that their marketing man would be able to provide some CDs for my competitions and I could take my fees as cash! I know I am one of their top affiliates but I didn't expect that. Makes me feel all warm inside.

I wonder if Amazon will follow that example...
