3rd party counter needed

Hi, my first post and I hope I selected the correct thread. Feel free to move if not.

It took a while, but now I have (almost) my first advertiser who wants to display his banner on my site based on CPM.

What I am looking for now is a 3rd party who does the counting.

Needed features:
Counting of Page Impressions
Counting of Click-Throughs
Password protected access for advertiser and me
As close to real-time reporting as possible

Any direction to services that offer above is greatly appreciated.

The best script i ever saw is still the PhpAdsNew. Its free and provides all you want and so much more. Just search for it on Google and you will find it (not sure if i can post the direct URL here).

I would also suggest using phpAdsNew. It gives you a lot of data and even some nice graphs. Advertisers like infos, so give them as much as possible!
