If you're looking for a low start up cost try Shareasale.

Hi there -

There's many of them. You're signing up as an affiliate, right?

Well, it's less important what network you choose and more important what sites relate to your site and your traffic. While CJ, Shareasale and others make it convenient to keep track of the programs you belong to...where you will make the most money is searching for sites that HAVE programs that have products and services that your visitors want, and have great payouts for you.

Check out refer-it.com for a large directory of programs you can join. And, other networks to join are darkblue.com, befree.com, directresponse.com, webclients.com, linkshare.com to name a few.

Don't join a whole bunch of programs willy-nilly. Join ones that you have TIME to actually implement on your site(s). Focus on a small number that have relevant products/services, good payouts and nice creatives. Use text links, ALOT.

Good luck
