How many unique visitors (aprox) I need to earn about 500 usd / month? is this possible?
Depending on a given site's topic, the figures are infintely variable.
You might make $500/month on 10 visitors with some specialized niche topic, or you might be lucky to make $50/month with 100,000 for teen celebrity photos or some such.
what are those people coming/looking for when they arrive at your site.
eg: 30,000 visitors to a site about Loans would make much money, the same to a site about Free downloads would just use up bandwidth...

An easy way to do this would be to check out bid prices on PPC engines. You could also go to CJ.com and see which merchants are the big spenders in the network. Sniff around.

I have this results on pay per click and lead. I have tryed with some programas of sales and the result is 0 zero, nada.

this seems a little high for 30k uniques per month. Are you using that much bandwidth? Shop around for better hosting prices.
Low maintenance, low overhead, filtering traffic to monetize it will turn around your equation.
Is this bookmark traffic or trading traffic?
Sounds like you are only cashing your exit traffic. Monetizing it has become more difficult recently, given the new features of Google toolbar and other popup killers.
There might be other ways to squeeze a buck out of your visitors. If you can't monetize the traffic with your present site, create a second one just for that purpose and funnel traffic into it. Find something to sell that matches your audience.
There are some generic products that work well with just about any surfer.

30k a month is not a huge amount of traffic, generally speaking. But with a well thought strategy you can probably make more than what you think.
The old "this many visitors and only this much monthly" question. This question must be asked at least every three months, usally from someone running a site with TONS of traffic.
That being said as others have mentioned it is important to understand that loads of visitors in no way shape or form equal loads of money in your pockets monthly.
Many people that are doing well on the net have learned that great amounts of money can be made when you can land very targeted traffic to your site.
Example:
visitor a is looking for a product on a search engine.
visitor a finds your site listed "nicely" in a search engine
visitor a clicks to your site and see's "just what he is looking for" and "buys".
From my experiance that is one of the best ways to make money online.... regardless of traffic totals.

So think about what your users want, why are they coming to your site and what are their interests. Just sticking up a few CJ banners and hoping people will click through isn't going to make you much money (as is demonstrated). You need to integrate some advertising into your site that makes the user click through and purchase an item. The best way to do this is through text links linking to an affiliate program.
For example if your site was about dogs you would assume the majority of your viewers had a dog, you could write some content about flea collars and put a link
to a page selling the flea collar. You can bet a few more people would click that link instead of a generic banner.
0n your basis of 30th visitors and $20-$30 permonth commission Id say that was fair by my standards.
